On March 28, 2023, Zhejiang Bainuojie Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Bainuojie) and Yueqing Qiyou Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as UFIDA) held an ERP project kickoff meeting in the Bainuojie conference room. Bainuojie, together with the general manager, project manager, director, department heads, and members of the UFIDA team, attended this meeting.

   After market research and multiple rounds of solution evaluation, Bainuojie ultimately selected the ERP project partner as UFIDA. At the meeting, UFIDA project manager Zhang Yang gave a detailed introduction to the specific arrangements for the promotion plan, guarantee measures, and risk control of the Bainuojie ERP project. The Yonyou ERP product selected by Bainuojie is designed with the core concept of "making management simpler" and is a management software system tailored for small and medium-sized enterprises. The implementation consultants of the UFIDA team, Metalworking and Service Advisor, Youjianxue, have successful experience in implementing ERP for dozens of enterprises, and will fully ensure the smooth implementation of the Tianluhai ERP project.

   At the kickoff meeting, Lin Yinbin pointed out that since its establishment, Bainuojie has maintained a rapid development momentum and is committed to becoming a global automotive component supplier and service provider, constantly innovating and providing value to customers. In early May 2022, the company relocated to a new location, with an area of over 15000 square meters increasing from the previous 8000 square meters. The company's various functions and facilities are more complete, Focusing on providing high-precision positioning integrated solutions centered on customer needs. In the process of moving towards a full-featured enterprise, the company must rely on information technology to help realize the unified integration of logistics, information flow and capital flow, so that enterprise management can be more efficient. The kickoff meeting of the Bainuojie ERP project today marks a new stage in the company's information construction. I hope that through today's meeting, we can unify our thinking and raise awareness. With the active participation and action of all employees, we can promote the timely and smooth launch of ERP, injecting new impetus into improving the digital management level and sustainable development ability of Bainuojie.
